South-East London based band, 'The Grove', are making their mark on the local music scene and beyond. The 7-piece band offer an innovative neo-soul sound with elements of jazz, funk and indie, all wrapped up within catchy songwriting.
The band have headlined at a variety of London gig landmarks such as Pizza Express Live, The Troubadour, The Bedford, The Hootananny, and O2 Academy Islington. In 2026 they sold out headline shows at Colours Hoxton and the Phoenix in Soho.
Following four successful singles backed by Independent label Laid Bare Records, the Grove have amassed over 2 million collective streams in 2026 alone, alongside playing small festivals up and down the country. The group have also had multiple BBC Introducing features, BBC Radio 1 airplays, been recent finalists in the Isle of Wight New Blood competition and a live interview on The Robert Elms show.
After their recent trip away, they have come back with an album that they are starting to record, with aims to release by Spring 2027.
Going into 2027, the band hopes to play bigger festivals in the UK and abroad, whilst also amassing a larger following both domestically and internationally.
